IT Services - like regular planned manitenance and support, installing new workstations and servers, and pop-ups, managing servers and users, backups etc. Setting up Email and Internet Policies. System security. - An It Department for companies without an IT Deaprtment.

Network Services - installing new cabling and communications equipment for voice and data, installing WiFi networks. Troubleshooting networking problems. We use Cisco equipment.

IT Librarian Service - Catalogue and store your program data discs and related information, such as installation keys, renewal dates etc.

Data Removal Service - Getting rid of old computers means wiping the data from the discs to prevent that data becoming available elsewhere. The new WEEE directive coupled with the Data Protection Act means you can't just chuck an old PC in the skip anymore.

Data Recovery Service - Losing or forgetting a password can be embarassing at best. In many cases we can recover the file so that the data is not lost forever.
Having a hard disc go down is even worse. Data recovery techniques can recover data from discs that have merely stopped responding to fire damaged discs.

Anti-virus
We have a lot of experience removing viruses and other unwanted programs from customer machines. We also have a lot of experience protecting customer installations from virus attacks.

Email Content Filtering
Define your Email Policy and then enforce it using Mailsweeper. This is a policy based email content examiner that allows email to pass if the content does not infringe any rules. No pictures, jokes, executables etc. Works with anti-virus to protect your email system.

Backup
An awful lot of companies don't do regular backups. Even fewer practise restoring data. So when things go wrong....
